We welcome prospective parents with open arms. Our primary goal in the recruitment and admissions process is to find families for whom Child Garden will be an ideal match. We seek families who share common values and goals and who, after careful consideration and exploration, conclude that our school is the right place for their family.
Our enrollment process is fairly simple. Please contact the school by phone or email. The director will be able to answer your questions and schedule a private tour. At that time, you will receive additional information about our programs, rates and application materials.
Applications are welcome at any time as we consider applications for admission on an open-admission basis. Send your application along with a non-refundable $75 application fee to Child Garden Montessori School c/o admissions.
In making admissions decisions, we weigh many factors, placing the greatest emphasis on whether the parents are committed to sending their children to our school, hopefully through Kindergarten, whether there are siblings of the child already in the school (or as alumni), and the age of the child.
We will make and communicate admissions decisions to families as quickly as possible and if we are able to offer a spot to your child, you will be contacted by phone. At that point, we will make arrangements for you to receive an enrollment packet and to submit the $225 registration fee. The registration fee will be applied to your child’s tuition, but is nonrefundable if you choose another school option for your child.
Enrollment forms must be completed and in Child Garden’s possession before your child’s first day of attendance. If we do not have a place for your child, you will be offered a place on our waiting list and will be contacted if space becomes available.
Parents must complete the following enrollment forms prior to the first day of attendance:
*Primary Enrollment Information
*Health History
*Two Emergency Cards
*Parent Handbook Agreement
In addition, a physician must complete and sign the forms listed below. They must be completed and in Child Garden's possession prior to the first day of attendance:
